Huizhou Dongjiang Veolia Environmental Service Co., Ltd.: was jointly established in 2005 by Dongjiang Environmental Protection Co., Ltd., a leading domestic environmental protection enterprise, and Veolia Environment Group, a Fortune 500 company. It is responsible for the investment, design, construction and operation of the "Demonstration Center"; it is the first project in the field of hazardous waste treatment in China to be constructed and operated through international bidding, and has signed a 30-year franchise agreement with the Guangdong Provincial Environmental Protection Department; and in 2010, it officially obtained the "Hazardous Waste Operation License" issued by the Ministry of Environmental Protection of China.

Dongjiang Environmental Protection Co., Ltd.: Founded in 1999, with a registered capital of 1.105 billion yuan, it is a Shenzhen and Hong Kong listed environmental protection company (stock code: SZ002672, HK00895), and is a provincial state-owned holding company.

Guangdong Provincial Hazardous Waste Comprehensive Treatment Demonstration Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Demonstration Center") is one of the 31 comprehensive hazardous waste treatment centers in the "National Construction Plan for Hazardous Waste and Medical Waste Disposal Facilities", and is the starting project of the 5 hazardous waste treatment and disposal centers planned to be built in the "Guangdong Provincial Environmental Protection Eleventh Five-Year Plan"; it is the first large-scale demonstration environmental protection project built by the Guangdong Provincial Environmental Protection Department; the "Demonstration Center" has advanced technologies for the treatment and disposal of hazardous waste at home and abroad, and serves as the following four bases, committed to environmental protection:

Environmental Emergency Services

With professional teamwork and leading environmental protection technology, we handle various environmental emergencies in different places and successfully complete on-site investigation, waste transportation, and report preparation for environmental emergencies.

Stabilization/landfill

Pre-treatment operation for safe landfill, mainly processing sludge containing heavy metal ions, surface treatment waste, and incineration fly ash, etc.

Physical and chemical treatment/Wastewater treatment

Mainly treats domestic sewage, initial rainwater, and wastewater after physicochemical pretreatment; after anaerobic, aerobic, oxidation reaction, coagulation reaction, and sand filtration adsorption filtration, the wastewater from various parts reaches the standard for reclaimed water reuse.

High temperature incineration

Mainly handles various solid, liquid and semi-solid wastes such as paints, distillation residues, organic resins, organic solvents, and sludge.

Based on the needs of all petrochemical parks and our own professional advantages and long-term practical experience, all petrochemical park environmental protection housekeeping services are divided into three categories: consulting services, technical services, and engineering services.
