Stabilization/landfill disposal

Ø Types of waste treated for stabilization: As a pretreatment operation for secure landfill, mainly sludge containing heavy metal ions, surface treatment waste, and incineration fly ash are treated;

Ø Stabilization operation process: Samples are taken from each batch of waste in advance to conduct stabilization and solidification formula tests to determine the type and amount of stabilizer/solidifier and the solidification formula. After the treatment is completed, the waste is tested according to the "Pollution Control Standard for Hazardous Waste Landfill", and after confirming that all indicators meet the landfill entry requirements, it is sent to the landfill for burial;

Ø Secure landfill: The total land area is 106,000 square meters, with a total design capacity of approximately 3.5 million cubic meters. It is planned to be built in four phases. Currently, A B C three units have been phased out, and the D unit is in operation;

Ø Advanced design standards: Designed using internationally leading standards, covering the anti-seepage system, leachate management system, surface water/groundwater management system, and environmental monitoring system; the anti-seepage system design includes a total of 8 layers (both the main anti-seepage layer and the secondary anti-seepage layer are constructed using double-rough surface HDPE geomembranes).
