　　Construction content: Huizhou Dongjiang Veolia Environmental Service Co., Ltd., as the construction and operation unit of the first phase of the Guangdong Provincial Hazardous Waste Comprehensive Treatment Demonstration Center, actively responds to the call of the State, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government, and plans to carry out the first phase of the incineration project of the Demonstration Center Expansion, new treatment of medical waste (HW01) 6000t/a, the disposal categories of the incineration project after this expansion are: HW01 medical waste, HW06 waste organic solvent and organic solvent waste, HW08 waste mineral oil and mineral oil waste, HW09 oil/water, hydrocarbon/water mixture or emulsion, HW11 refined (distilled) residue, HW12 dye, paint waste, HW13 organic resin waste, HW16 photosensitive material waste, HW21 chromium waste, HW35 waste alkali, HW48 non-ferrous metals There are 13 types of smelting wastes, HW49 other wastes, and HW50 waste catalysts. The annual disposal scale of the first phase of the incineration project after the expansion will be 26,000 tons. There are 10 new employees in this project, mainly for medical waste unloading, transfer, feeding, disinfection and cleaning of vehicles and turnover boxes, etc. The annual working time is 330 days, 2 shifts per day, 12 hours per shift.

　　Overview of existing projects: Guangdong Provincial Hazardous Waste Comprehensive Treatment Demonstration Center includes Phase I and Phase II. Phase I includes incineration, physical and chemical, stabilization/solidification, and safe landfill. The second phase of the project is only an incineration project. The approved hazardous waste categories for the first phase of the incineration project of the Demonstration Center are: HW06 waste organic solvents and wastes containing organic solvents, HW08 waste mineral oils and wastes containing mineral oils, HW09 oil/water, hydrocarbon/water mixtures or emulsions, HW11 refined (Distillation residue, HW12 dyes, paint waste, HW13 organic resin waste, HW16 photosensitive material waste, HW21 chromium waste, HW35 waste alkali, HW48 non-ferrous metal smelting waste, HW49 other waste, HW50 waste catalyst, a total of 12 categories, Japan The disposal scale is about 60t, the annual operating days is 330d, and the annual disposal volume is about 20,000t. The main works of the first phase incineration project include rotary kiln + second combustion chamber incineration system, waste heat recovery system, flue gas treatment system, and temporary storage projects include 1# temporary storage warehouse, B and C turnover sheds, and waste liquid storage tank areas.

　　Existing project production wastewater and domestic sewage are all reused after treatment in the wastewater treatment workshop, and not discharged. The exhaust gas of the rotary kiln incineration line adopts the exhaust purification process of "SNCR denitrification + quench deacidification + dry deacidification + activated carbon adsorption + bag filter + alkali cleaning + flue gas heater", and then discharges through a 50m high chimney; 1# temporary storage The waste gas from the warehouse is collected by micro-negative pressure and then is alkali washed + activated carbon adsorption treatment and discharged through a 15m high exhaust cylinder; the waste gas from the pit is collected as a combustion-supporting air and enters the incineration system; the dust in the powder silo is processed by the supporting bag filter on the top of the silo Unorganized emission; exhaust gas from physical and chemical workshops is discharged from 20m exhaust cylinder after alkali washing + photocatalytic oxidation + activated carbon adsorption treatment; exhaust gas from storage tank area and multi-effect workshop is discharged from 20m high exhaust cylinder after alkali washing + activated carbon adsorption treatment; The exhaust gas of the stabilization/curing workshop is discharged through an 18m high exhaust cylinder after being dusted with a cloth bag. The noise of the existing projects mainly comes from the noise generated by the operation of fans, air compressors, pumps and other mechanical equipment. The noise reduction, vibration reduction, sound insulation, sound absorption and other preventive measures are adopted to reduce the impact of noise on the surrounding environment. The hazardous waste generated during the incineration process of existing projects mainly includes slag, fly ash, wet deacidification wastewater coagulation sludge, waste ion exchange resin and waste activated carbon generated from waste gas treatment, and waste cloth bags, all of which belong to hazardous waste. Waste activated carbon, waste cloth bags, and waste ion-exchange resin generated from waste gas treatment are treated by incineration; slag, wet deacidification wastewater and coagulated sludge enter the first-stage safe landfill of the demonstration center; fly ash solidifies and enters the safe landfill . Office and domestic garbage are collected and transported by the municipal sanitation.
